Philosophy is the general conformity of doctrines about human nature and the essence of the reality we live in. Master of Philosophy or M.Phil is a postgraduate academic research degree which is awarded for a course or program in Philosophy. It is popularly referred to as M.Phil, which is an abbreviated form of a Master of Philosophy degree. The MPhil duration is 2 years, which is divided into 4 semesters.

The M.Phil syllabus under the conduit of the curriculum of the Master of Philosophy course is a mixture of theoretical and practical knowledge. Scholars are trained to present their research findings. MPhil full form is Master of Philosophy.
